Piaget Altiplano 38mm Skeleton 1200S For Only fake watch 2013
Piaget has really struck on something with the Altiplano Skeleton, managing to create the world's thinnest (5.34mm) automatic openworked fake watch in a way that is both delicate and masculine. For Only fake watch 2013—the 5th edition of the biennial charity auction for Duchenne muscular dystrophy—Piaget will be offering up a unique Altiplano Skeleton that has been given a black PVD finish to highlight the watch's darker side.
The Original Altiplano Skeleton for Only fake watch 2011
While the Altiplano has been a Piaget mainstay for some time now, interestingly, the company's first stab at skeletonizing the Altiplano was also an Only Watch. Offered up in the 2011 auction, the first Altiplano skeleton was also PVD treated, though as you would expect from the first skeleton in the line, it was a very different fake watch - you can see our hands-on look at the original here. Since then, the company has refined the movement significantly and the white gold incarnation has become one of Piaget's most talked about offerings (see here for live pics and our thoughts on this watch).
The Back Of The Piaget Only fake watch For 2013
At the heart of this special fake watch is the stunning caliber 1200s, which at 2.40mm thick is nothing short of record setting. While it might not be the easiest fake watch to read, we have to give props to Piaget for keeping the inscriptions and engraving on this unique Altiplano to a tasteful bit of branding on the front of the movement itself. On the case-back, the company has also engraved the words "Only fake watch 2013" and "Unique Piece."

Held by HRH Prince Albert II during the Monaco Yacht Show, Only fake watch brings both awareness and research funds to muscular dystrophy.
